Free Shipping

We are proud to offer free shipping on all orders.

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. During holidays and peak sale periods, please allow additional time for order processing.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday.

Orders are typically processed within 3–10 working days from the date of purchase and are dispatched the following working day after processing. Please note that we do not ship orders on weekends.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled.

If you need to change delivery information, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to make any changes.

Delivery Time

After placing your order, please allow 1–3 working days for order confirmation and preparation.

Delivery times then vary depending on your location. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, such as customs delays or high shipping demand.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Europe: 7–14 working days

  • United States: 7–15 working days

  • Canada: 7–16 working days

  • Central America: 10–25 working days

  • Australia / New Zealand: 10–26 working days

  • Other countries: 11–30 working days

In exceptional circumstances, delivery may take longer than usual. In rare cases, delivery can take up to 40 working days.
