PLEASE NOTE THAT RETURNS ARE NOT FREE OF CHARGE. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS APPLY.

Is it possible to return my order?

Yes, it is possible.

If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, you have the option to return them within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The order must contain all original parts and components, and the packaging must be in the same condition as when the product was received.

  2. The product must show normal handling only. Damage caused by careless handling will not be accepted.

  3. Products for which hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.

  4. Any defect must be reported immediately after receiving the product.

  5. We reserve the right to charge the customer for return shipping costs.

  6. Returns will be processed within 7 working days, and if the conditions are met, the return will be officially approved within this period.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that the items have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.


How can I return my order?

If your order meets the conditions above, please follow the steps below to start the return process:

Please ensure that your email includes the following information:

  • Order number

  • Reason for the return request

  • Photo of the product in case of damage or defect

  • Customer’s first and last name

  • Customer’s address

Once we receive your request, we will contact you and provide the correct return address.

Please do not send your return to the sender address. The correct return address will be provided after your request has been reviewed.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Consumers have the right of withdrawal under the following provision if the consumer is a natural person entering into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.


Exchange and Returns Policy

Size exchanges are only accepted within 3 working days of receiving the order.

After this period, exchanges will not be accepted.


Cancellation Conditions

Right of cancellation

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party appointed by you (other than the carrier), receive the goods.

As we operate with a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after they are placed. Therefore, we are unable to stop the shipping process once the order has been dispatched.

For this reason, cancellations and refunds are not possible once the goods are in transit.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Adelia Voss of your decision by means of a clear statement (for example, by email).

The withdrawal will be considered complete once we have received the returned goods.
The cost of returning the goods will be borne by the buyer.


Notice regarding goods already in transit

As our products are shipped from Asia, transit times may be longer and are beyond our control.

If the goods are already on their way to you, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you receive the goods and then return them to us.

However, you may inform us in advance of your intention to cancel.

To ensure the fastest possible refund, we kindly ask that you send us proof of return shipment.


Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive both:

  • your notification of withdrawal, and

  • the returned goods.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any additional fees for this refund.


IMPORTANT:
All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer’s expense.
